Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. This role involves guiding clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
    Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice on property investments and market conditions.
  • Attend open houses and property showings, presenting properties to potential buyers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license.
