Job description:
Premier Services is seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
